The international wheat price has added up to over three times, cotton and rice price also rises more than two times from 2000. In 2007, Chinese national CPI has raised 4.8%, 93% of which is the contribute of food price. Therefore, the chinese dog breeding limitation is not just about the dog, Chinese social turbulence is always caused by food, the control of food consume and price is the key of government work. Chinese food security has been so serious that the birth of one more kid is not allowed, how can that happens to dog?
